I like the way music has been used in this opening scene for '28 weeks later'. It is very typical of a thriller as it builds a lot of tension because of the very slow paced and unpredictable notes with no distinguished rythem/ tempo. At the end of the scene the volume increases suddenly and the music changes which draws in the attention of the viewer.
